Elegant and Traditional Bathroom Renovation

These homeowners are repeat Corinthian clients and always a delight to work with. After transforming their master bath, they asked us to do the same with their frequently used guest bathroom. With the vanity in a separate room from the toilet, tub, and shower, we completely demoed these areas, looking for ways to update the aesthetics for current style, as well creating more built-in storage. Custom His and Her vanities were used with polished nickel and crystal cabinet hardware and Viaterra Everest quartz was used for the vanity top. We widened the opening of the current storage closet and created a built-in linen cabinet with improved access to storage and beautiful mullion water glass upper doors. New mirrors, lighting and plumbing fixtures in polished nickel complete the vanity room. 5” white Calcatta floor tile in a honed finish draws you from the vanity room to the toilet, tub, and shower room. The old tub was replaced with a cast iron soaker tub for bathing of grandkids. 5” by 5” white Ann Sacks tile creates the surround walls of the tub area, and an Ines blue glass insert from Annie Selke with bullnose and moldura trim makes for a stunning statement wall. The same field tile as the tub walls was used in the new shower, and accent rows of Artisanal ceramic lacy blue accent tile and pencil mold from Annie Selke was used to create added Wow. New plumbing and lighting fixtures were added as well as gorgeous coordinating wallpaper with the vanity room. The end result is an elegant yet traditional bathroom that is not only gorgeous to look at, but functional for years to come.
