With over 10 years at Corinthian Fine Homes and more than 30 years in the home building industry, Todd Williams serves as the Design and Pre-Construction Manager. Todd wears many hats, manages permits, creates project scopes, handling construction estimates, and leading the design department. A graduate of Miami Valley Career Technology Center in Architectural Technology, Todd brings a unique blend of artistic vision and technical expertise to every project.
Todd is motivated by the joy of designing spaces that exceed client expectations. From tackling challenging permits to bringing timeless designs to life, he finds the “big reveal” and client satisfaction to be the most rewarding part of his work. Collaborating with Corinthian’s talented team makes the process even more special.
Outside of work, Todd is a man of many passions—playing guitar, piano, and writing songs are just the start. He also loves gardening, landscaping, and decorating his home for the holidays. And if you ever see him at the movies, don’t ask to share his popcorn—no matter how many refills are available, Todd’s popcorn is his popcorn!
