These homeowners are well known to the Corinthian team, and as always were a delight to work with. They had a screened in porch that met their needs but wanted some upgrades to better meet their WANTS. By raising the ceiling, we increased the headroom of the porch and added can lights and a ceiling fan for improved lighting and air flow. New exterior siding provided a shaker look that they were wanting to complement their beautifully landscaped backyard and patio. Radiant heat was added to the porch ceiling to provide heat during the cooler months and extend the usability of the space. Finally, retractable vinyl screens were added to minimize the dust and dirt from the outside. The homeowners love their newly improved screened in porch living and enjoy entertaining in it for months on end.
